Today the three routes left Colby and went their separate ways. The wind was fierce from the south, gusting up to 40 mph, with temperatures in the 90's. Riders headed eastward with the side wind, making their way to their overnight destinations of either Norton (B Route), Lenora (A Route), or Hill City (A Route).

K Route riders stopped in Hoxie for lunch, while the B and A routes went to Selden's Midway Cafe. The folks at the Midway did a great job of handling our group.

The St. Joseph's CYO had a lemonade and cookie stand in New Almelo, which was a real treat for tired riders on the A route.
