Biking Across Kansas (BAK) is committed to protecting your privacy. BAK uses the information we collect about you to process your registration for the Biking Across Kansas bicycle tour. BAK does not sell or lease its registration list, email addresses, or any part of its database to other organizations or companies.

When you register for the Biking Across Kansas bicycle tour, we request your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number(s), emergency contacts (in case of emergency during the tour), t-shirt size, history bicycling, history riding BAK, demographic information, and credit card payment information. The collected information allows BAK to process your registration; provide you pre-tour information, post-tour information and surveys; post on this website an entry/registration list (name, city and state only); and inform you of the next BAK tour.

Biking Across Kansas requests the same information from tour registrants of all ages. However, this website is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we will not knowingly collect information from site visitors of this age group. In addition, persons under the age of 18, must have the legal consent of their respective parent or guardian to register and participate in the Biking Across Kansas bicycle tour.
