Friday, June 7Bicyclists have been arriving all day in Goodland and St. Francis in preparation for tomorrow's start of BAK 1996. They have been getting situated, doing last-minute bike repairs, and picking up their registration packets. BAK t-shirts, waterbottles, patches and route guides are distributed to all entrants.
Cyclists on all three routes will begin their trek at 8:30 am CDT Saturday morning at the Colorado line. The Bedazzled route will ride 56 miles arriving in Atwood, their overnight stop. The Adorable and Karefree routes will be combined, arriving in Colby for a total daily distance of 56 miles.
