BAK1996 traveled across the rolling hills (yes, there are hills!) of Northern
Kansas.
The Routes
The Bedazzled Route began at the Colorado border west of St. Francis
and had overnight stops in: Atwood, Hoxie, Stockton, Mankato, Concordia,
Marysville and Hiawatha for a total of 467 miles.
The Adorable Route began at the Colorado border west of Goodland
and had overnight stops in: Colby, Norton, Phillipsburg, Downs, Concordia,
Blue Rapids and Hiawatha for a total of 447 miles.
The Karefree Route began at the Colorado border west of Goodland
and had overnight stops in: Colby, Lenora, Smith Center, Beloit, Belleville,
Frankfort
and Hiawatha for a total of 465 miles.
All three routes converged in White Cloud on
the Missouri River on June 15.
